Return & Refund Policy

At KIZINNO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day free return policy and a 12-month warranty on all our products. Please read our policy below for more details.

1. 30-Day Free Return
Eligibility: You may return any item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@kizinno.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Free Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective product or wrong item shipped). In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

2. 12-Month Warranty
Coverage: All of our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered: If your product encounters any issues related to defects or malfunction within 12 months of purchase, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation.
What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or wear and tear from normal use.
How to Claim Warranty: To claim the warranty, please contact our customer support team at support@kizinno.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your product qualifies, we will guide you through the process for replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items such as opened personal care products or customized items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.

3. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, we recommend processing a return for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@kizinno.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will offer a replacement or refund, and the return shipping will be covered at no cost to you.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
